Irreversible Perspective

2025
01.03.2025 - 13.04.2025
"Imaginary lines of perspective recede, like a fish that can only move forward. Time accelerates, creating friction that sparks a glow—reminiscent of what I saw at the very beginning, when I came into this world…" — Serhiy Savchenko

In his works, Serhiy Savchenko explores the idea of the irreversibility of time, movement without return, and the light that emerges in this continuous flow. The artist treats paint as traces of events: bold brushstrokes, fading lines, multilayered textures, structural cracks, and color transitions create the effect of space dissolving in the dynamics of its own formation. There are no clearly defined boundaries—only a sense of a state that persists and transforms.

This exhibition is not merely a visual narrative but an invitation to reflect on how we perceive movement and change, how the new emerges within the flow of events, and what remains of what has been lived. The artist encourages not just looking, but feeling—finding personal answers through interaction with his works.
