"For me, the Garden is a place of peace and balance, where one can feel safe. It is a refuge, an important point of 'grounding,' where anxious thoughts gradually dissolve into a steady rhythm of reflection. With closed eyes, you can imagine the green of the grass, hear the rustling of leaves on the apple trees, touch the almost ripe gooseberries, and feel the embrace of your mother, your beloved, or your friends. You can remember what it feels like to experience lightness and forget about the passage of time, simply by contemplating nature.

The Garden is, first and foremost, about the closest people, those special ones who are my home. Now, I find myself increasingly seeking to return to my Garden to regain balance. Every person, without exception, needs such a place, especially in Ukraine, and especially now."
